Minute Suites SLC

This was a miracle of a place during my 10 layover after an international flight. I could rest in peace. The woman at the front desk was very helpful moving my reservation so I could rest sooner than planned. She showed me around and gave me a pillow and blanket so I could rest. Loved having access to a facility like this.

This place helped me out so much during October travel. I had done my research months ago as a mother that travels often to see a kid that is sick and in and out of the hospital. I often don’t sleep well. I used the room for sleep. But it was set up for work, and just hanging out in a private space. I would say that the room leans more towards work or watching a video and privacy. But I needed sleep. As a woman traveling alone, the door had a lock. I felt safe and I could relax and sleep. In the future, I will be using the room for conducting video psychotherapy private therapy sessions while traveling. I’m also considering the room for my curriculum development as I teach part time also for a local community college in California. This room is great for when I cannot get into the Delta lounge because I needed to save money on my flight.

THIS was pretty nice! I don’t know what ppl Expect but it was a quiet room and I got four hours on a comfy couch. It is quick and easy. I got there at 1am so it wasn’t busy and I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me but he was great. Very convenient, saved me an Uber ride in a city I don’t know

This is such a fantastic idea. The airport is a stressful and overstimulating place to be. My partner and I dropped in for a respite in the middle of a long layover. I know some people are concerned about cleanliness since some visitors might be doing disgusting things like eating watermelon or vegan ham. We had no issues - it seems like the staff clean up after every visitor and our place was spic and span. We did have some weird reservation issues, though. We tried to talk up and they were full. So we booked online and got in right away. No idea how that works.

I had the best first experience here! The lady that checked me in was so kind and welcoming. She had us in the suiter within 1 minute, and it was so clean and accommodating. It was right beside our gate and righty by the bathroom. The little touches in the room were sweet, and we loved staying here for 1.5 hours while waiting for our flight.

I was using my Priority Pass and was only planning to stay for an hour, but even with my short and “free” stay the gentleman at the front desk was so kind and treated me like a valued customer. He showed me how everything worked, offered me a blanket and pillow and even offered to put me in a back room if I was planning to sleep. So thoughtful and considerate. I dropped my things and went to use the restroom and grab food and came back and decided to purchase an additional two hour stay, simply because of the outstanding service. I had fallen asleep and was woken up by a courtesy knock a couple minutes before my reservation end. Outstanding experience and would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you so much for making a long layover fly by comfortably and for treating me like a valued customer.

Checked in for a complimentary hour with Priority Pass (app). A small clean room to lay down for an hour. Friendly check in process. Bathroom to brush my teeth was across the concourse.

Wake up at 4:30 am to get to the airport for our 7:20 am boarding, only to see that our flight was cancelled and rebooked for 3:30pm after getting through TSA. So now we’re stuck in the airport and all I want to do is lay down and stop being mad. Like a Christmas miracle this place gave us peace and quiet to be refreshed for whatever else came our way. I cannot state enough how much of a difference a little privacy made. Wilma was so welcoming and considerate. The price was well worth it.
